I had a leaking right rear tire. They took the tire off the wheel and resealed the tire. Also completed a oil change. I called early and had an appointment the same day. In and out in a little over an hour. Gave me a window sticker for next service reminder. Reset my car computer. Recommended wheel be checked and tightened in 50 miles.Very professional and friendly guick service. ~David

As a frequent customer I noticed that the Rutland Ace Hardware is undergoing a renovation/reorganization; July/August 2022. Former employees not to be seen. New staff; although helpful seem to be a bit overwhelmed. A lone cashier was on the phone with a customer as I approached to cash out. Had to wait for about 5 minutes. Upon hangup another call came in and was passed off to another employee so the cashier could cash me out. My purchase today was just a can of acetone, which an employee help me locate quickly. Unique items, such as specific fasteners (nuts/bolts/screws); not so much. Curious as to what happened here. I understand a reorganization; although I am concerned about the former friendly employees. ~MGBguy72

Brought my retired ambulance for some repairs and preventative maintenance. What should have taken 1 week ended up taking 2 months. When i finally picked it up they had not done half of the things that i asked them to fix. They also cracked my windshield in the process. They told me they would order one and never did, then told me i needed to order the windshield myself. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ~Skyler

Really disappointed I never orde online but i didn't want to drive over an hour so I ordered online. The product was packaged damage at the store and shipped anyways which really ticked me off. It's one thing when it gets damaged shipping it but when it get put in a box already damaged and shipped I have an issue with that. ~dottie

I needed to match a color I used 19 years ago. I brought the old paint can lid with me to the store. The lid had the mix formula tag on it. Surprisingly, the sales associate was able to match the color of the paint exactly. Good paint, good people, good store.......can't get much better than that!!! ~Ken
