Great store ~Robert

The workers were extremely snotty and rude even claimed my card waa denied seconds before waa approved. They need way better help! And says masks must be worn but no questions asked if do not basically in my mind don't care about customers attitude wise or health. Also kinda need to change mop water or get a new one upsets my stomach and anybody that's been there when mop know what I mean smells like a boiled rotten egg just go in after mop and check it out. ~Austin

Go here almost everyday. Always busy. They need better customer service I think personally. For a quick station though they do offer a lot of things of varity. More than what most of them do. Just not with a great price I don't think that they have people that they need really to work in this area so they have a hard time keeping people which is common for this area. They do the best they can with what they got I guess but I do believe they need better training with their staff and how to handle customer service situations. I know its frustrating to be short handed and busy but your customers keep the doors open for you to get the pay check you receive so they should get the service they deserve when they come to your store. There customers are the number 1 and it should always be that way. They also need better training to handle the situations that can accure at anytime so the staff knows how to handle that situation and doesn't freak out and not know what to do because normally there isn't a manager there in the evenings so there staff needs to better trained for these situations and there not having to call the manager at home during a peak time and there customers have to be the ones to pay.. They need to have better understanding and not treat there customers like a number and just get them in and out. I get there is people that are hard to talk to and hard to deal with but there a ways of handling these matters without making them feel like they are a burden.. I will say it always clean but there prices are high which is everywhere but they do need better deals now a days to compete with other places. I'm not saying there aren't a good place to visit for gas or a fountain drink but if your looking for something with a lower price than I would choice a grocery store verses them. ~Steph
