Go here almost everyday. Always busy. They need better customer service I think personally. For a quick station though they do offer a lot of things of varity. More than what most of them do. Just not with a great price I don't think that they have people that they need really to work in this area so they have a hard time keeping people which is common for this area. They do the best they can with what they got I guess but I do believe they need better training with their staff and how to handle customer service situations. I know its frustrating to be short handed and busy but your customers keep the doors open for you to get the pay check you receive so they should get the service they deserve when they come to your store. There customers are the number 1 and it should always be that way. They also need better training to handle the situations that can accure at anytime so the staff knows how to handle that situation and doesn't freak out and not know what to do because normally there isn't a manager there in the evenings so there staff needs to better trained for these situations and there not having to call the manager at home during a peak time and there customers have to be the ones to pay.. They need to have better understanding and not treat there customers like a number and just get them in and out. I get there is people that are hard to talk to and hard to deal with but there a ways of handling these matters without making them feel like they are a burden.. I will say it always clean but there prices are high which is everywhere but they do need better deals now a days to compete with other places. I'm not saying there aren't a good place to visit for gas or a fountain drink but if your looking for something with a lower price than I would choice a grocery store verses them.

I was going to get gas from here once and the gas had water in it and messed up my car I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I'm really not happy about it

THIS WAS the best store and I would never go to another store for anything,but if it wasn't for the way that many people have found themselves in a set of hand cuffs or, in the middle of a bunch of blue lights im not just talking about criminals,Im talking about; well I think that people who have been in the blue lights or the cuffs or in any way have been pursued after leaving south coeburn fas mart at 409 quillen ave then maybe a different store would be the best way to go in and out without getting a ticket or cuffs....

Hey guys just wondering what I can see that it was the same time and I have to be able and I am a bit too many thanks and have the time and consideration and look for a few weeks back to the same thing happened in my opinion of a while back

Would have gave more but since new regional management or whoever is above Ethel has descided to try whatever method they are try n, things have just became more still and completely less friendly and warm. If that's what they were go n for then CONGRATULATIONS! You completely nailed it! Just remember with so many more options in such a small place, take n the friendly, warmth and feel n of that personal extra attempt to help you in any way. Then turn n it into a strick, harsh, people are just a number and get them in. Take their money. Then get them gone quickly as possible. Could just make people drive that whole minute to three to the next place for that friendly place this one used to be. Sure can't blame Ethel because ever since she been around things got done, made money, obviously didn't burn down, and people actually drove that extra minute just to barter at that store. I have to be somewhat rite because it sure isn't cheapest on gas or sales most time, so must be sumptn else huh?
