Refused to let me exchange the lids for 2 bins I purchased the day before without my receipt. Said that I needed the receipt. Take a look at the screen capture from the family Dollar website... I've been on hold with customer service for 45 mins! My first shipping experience at an Family Dollar; my last experience. ~Michael
