If I could give a zero I would. I have never waited so long in a bank. I have to come every other Friday, and even pre-staff shortages, they only have 2 tellers. The line is ALWAYS out the door. The people seem to move in slow motion. Why is a persons lost atm card deltwith at the teller window when 16 people (I counted) are waiting? There are plenty of other staff here walking around with tablets, GO BE A TELLER. I work the same hours that they are open, so here I am, losing work hours, JUST TO CASH MY PAYCHECK.

The worst experiences I’ve ever had in a bank. Unprofessional and rude staff. I went to close the joint account and open a new bank account for my son after waiting for one hour and a half. The staff told me she can't do it. We have to make an appointment for another day. It is supposed to take 15 minutes of her time. Why is she even there if she can't do the job?

It was my first time getting a bank account. I was a bit worried that the process could be confusing and difficult, but it went smooth and clear. Angel Perez the Relationship Banker was very polite, attentive and professional. He explained everything I needed to know. I felt comfortable through the process. The manager and his supervisor were both very polite and welcoming as well. If you want to get an excellent service ask for Angel, he is the best.

Continue to lose faith in Bank of America. This branch seems to be consistently busy. When I arrived today at 3:07pm, they told me they could likely not assist me until tomorrow with a wire transfer (since they close at 4pm). I had tried to complete it through the Online Banking service, but there was a technical glitch that did not allow it to complete. Thinking it would be simpler to resolve in person, I headed to this location. I was greeted quickly by an attendant, who asked very politely how she could help me. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist within the afternoon, so I went back to see if I could solve the issue online. I do feel like with Bank of America, you’re on your own to do the leg work to solve the issues that their system creates. On top of that, every time you call Customer Service, they say “we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume”. And every time you get transferred from one agent to another, you go on hold. I realize I am simultaneously reviewing the physical bank and online banking services, but because their parent company is the same and should work in harmony to help one another, I think it is appropriate.
