I went to this establishment to cash a $105 check issued to me by my employer. The day prior, my Supervisor Mike went to this same bank to cash a similar lager check. I was told by Ms. Lopez that there would be a $7.00 processing fee because I am not an account Holder. I called Mike regarding the fee and he stated he wasn't charged a fee. When I spoke with the manager (Samantha), she was rude along with Ms. Lopez. Not good service!

I’ve been waiting in this drive through line for over an hour. UNACCEPTABLE! I always have to wait a long time whenever I come to this location. It’s time for me to close me and my son’s account and go to another bank!

This is one of the most unprofessional financial institutions I have ever been forced to go to by my employer. The employees are not friendly, they have a million stipulations to get change...we have a business account! There is no dedicated commercial lane or teller so it takes over an hour to put in your deposit and get change for your store. The wait is ridiculous, every day lines around the building-your staff is not prepared to do banking transactions?? Poor, just poor and it never changes.

This branch threatened to have me arrested because of customer service guaranteeing services the branch refused to honor. After requesting to close my account, I actually received the service I went for. What a waste of time. I think in the area of the city they take their customers for granted with a lack of respect for the African American community. I hated with a passion to rate them a one star.

The teller Nick was extremely slow. What is the point of being a Wells Fargo customer when in the middle of a transaction he gets up and starts doing other things . The reason why I went to the window was because they were six people lined up at the drive through ATM. By the time I received my card and ID back all the cars had already been through the ATM. Never Again

ALWAYS VERY BUSY! And only 2 employees. management must consider adding more staff to help customers. Expected wait time for a simple transaction is a minimum of 20 min. Long line making customers tired and employees not provide good customer service as they try to rush! I seen a lot of frustrated customers. I only come here because it is the nearest to my business. If i had an option i will not.

The ATM system at the branch especially at night. When you want to make a deposit is the worst. I thought this system of 24 hour banking was supose to be a convients for account holders. I have a part time job where I can cash out on a daily basis. To help out with some monthly Bill's. So on more the five occasions I try to deposit money in my account in late night deposit. To my surprise the machine indicated Deposits Unavailable. These machines at this branch are a disgrace that regulate your money as to when you can conduct withdrawals or deposits. Especially when your account is always current and they are using your money. I have been with Wells Fargo for 26 years in other states and areas. And this branches ATM system is deplorable.

This is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to...there're constantly understaffed not even the business line is open for business owners. There's always one teller and a line that's goes to the door they move so slow that half the time people just walk out the door. Simply put, the Silver-Hill location is poorly managed and severely understaffed. They do not value urgency or customer experience. Someone here said it best, Wells Fargo is the “Walmart of Banks” and they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Try a credit union.

Outside of hearing a call that was on speaker about their lack of business ( be professional and close the door), what was conveyed to me on the phone was different from what was said in the branch the next day. Next I was told I need it explained again by the manager when I asked why and asked to speak to a manager; instead of apologizing and taking ownership of the misinformation given. After everything going on with your brand, learn how to aknowledge your banks mistakes when handling a long standing customer.
