This company, the ownership, the staff, they are all AMAZING! I've used them religiously for 9 years and have had the most amazing experiences. They are trustworthy and friendly above anything else. It's obvious why they have such loyal repeat clientele. They have taken care of me every time I've flown in in a hurry. They even fixed a tire that went flat on me for free while I was about to drive out of town to get to my own wedding weekend. They wouldn't let me buy new wipers last time because they said that I shouldn't need new ones since they'd replaced them last. They repaired one and replaced the other within 5 minutes and sent me on my way at no charge. The number of favors and the amount of advice provided means the world to me. I'm SO sad that I'm moving to Florida and won't be able to see them anymore but I could not say more to recommend them enough. They will tell you the truth, will only charge you to do what you need and won't try to pull one over on you, and they will remember you, provide friendly service, and charge fair prices. If they can't get something done for you, they will recommend someone locally that can. The two men I've dealt with have made every visit an enjoyable experience and I will miss them greatly.
