Hello! This is my first ever review and I’d love to call out Jeff as a wonderful employee! He’s always very friendly and kind to us when we come in late, and always has hot food available at night! This review specifically goes to Ashley the manager. I called because our doctor had ordered us a potato bar as a gift for New Years. After receiving the order we were missing a side and a potato. I called to ask if the missing items could just be refunded because I wasn’t able to make the trip back out. I was shocked when Ashley instantly accused me of lying and stated she packaged the order herself and that she knows I got what I was supposed to get. I offered to send a picture of the order and my receipt as proof if she genuinely believed I was calling to lie about a potato. She was incredibly rude to me and after saying “I’ll take care of it” she hung up. I was seriously shocked at the amount of attitude I received it was incredibly unprofessional. It was getting late and we went to subway on N Royal, (we usually go to the one by 66 but they are temporary closed.)Sub was very good. Service was ok. it was late, almost close but weren't greeted like normal. Seemed like they were more interested in getting done to go home than taking care of us. Wasnt friendly like usual. I work guest service and notice this type of thing. I miss the subway by I66. Todd was always friendly and would talk to us no matter when we came in or what they were doing! I hope they reopen soon. ~Jennifer

Sherwin-Williams provides high quality products and good customer service. The added feature of tracking your orders for up to 10 years is very helpful for touch-up paint needs. Shop is small and friendly -- making for an easy shopping experience. ~Melissa

Went for 7/11 free slurpy day. Got a coke slurpy. I was very excited for this slurpy only to find out that when I sipped it that my slurpy tasted like rotten eggs. For it to taste like rotten eggs they have had to not clean the machine in a very long time. Very disappointed. I used my one and only free slurpy reward and I got a rotten egg slurpy. I will NOT be returning. ~Rachel

Service station and convenience store. Recently remodeled in mid 2017. Clean store. Gas station, automatic car wash, and laundromat also attached. Nice new soda machine with large selection. Large beer & lottery selection. New gas station sells Solo branded gas. Prices are average for the area, slightly higher than the local 7-11 stores for gas and tobacco products. ~C
