Store Manager Steve Ricks and his staff are very community oriented and supportive of events. The food is terrific and the service is outstanding. The bathrooms are clean and it is a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere.

Not my first time eating here and I don’t normally complain about things even when the food isn’t good however yesterday I went there around 6:15pm to eat and was told I couldn’t dine in REALLY? That very poor customer service ! There closing time was 7pm you telling me that in 45 minutes I wouldn’t eat and be out? Most restaurants will accommodate people who were already inside before closing time and it’s not like I was coming in at closing time I won’t be back their food is not that good to begin with

This review specifically goes to Ashley the manager. I called because our doctor had ordered us a potato bar as a gift for New Years. After receiving the order we were missing a side and a potato. I called to ask if the missing items could just be refunded because I wasn’t able to make the trip back out. I was shocked when Ashley instantly accused me of lying and stated she packaged the order herself and that she knows I got what I was supposed to get. I offered to send a picture of the order and my receipt as proof if she genuinely believed I was calling to lie about a potato. She was incredibly rude to me and after saying “I’ll take care of it” she hung up. I was seriously shocked at the amount of attitude I received it was incredibly unprofessional. Here’s your picture, I can count to 8.

Usually McAlisters is great about getting my order correct and including all of the items. I ordered a 4 cheese melt, a slice of cheesecake, and barbecue chips as my side. When I received my order only my sandwich was in the bag. I had to go back to the counter and ask for the cheesecake. I did not receive any chips with my order either.

I keep trying to give this place a try, but it’s run by incredibly slow and rude staff. We ordered food and found that none of the “open” tables were clean so we sat at a “closed” table nowhere near any other parties. The franchise owner came over to scold us instead of being nice and apologizing for staff’s lack of attention to the place. I’m not sure he’s chosen the right line of work - he should like avoid jobs that require interacting with the public or creating safe and clean environments for people.

They tend to skimp on practically anything that adds taste to the food (avocado, mayo, seasoning, etc). They take forever to get your order out, even if you order online on their app. Not many vegetarian options.

Food was decent. Plates had chips on them and crew was more interested in their cell phones or joking around. All kid crew . Update :December 2019 . Didn't see cell phones out and paid more attention to the customer .

I ordered the French Dip with a side of steamed broccoli. The sandwich was good, but the broccoli was still half raw. What really brought my review down was one of the employees answered their personal cellphone behind the counter.
