The golf pro Mitchell is AMAZING! He comes from private clubs and is an amazing teacher. He can fix your swing in no time, he has a great eye! And store is very organized and lots of nice womens clothing on sale!

My buddy Jim told me this place has truly horrible service. He made clear to multiple employees the type of product he was looking for. They had this type of product in stock, but it was in the services room. Employees told him to ask other employees for assistance without offering to help themselves. Apparently, Jeff from the services office was particularly rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and frankly, ugly. He left without the product he was looking for. Do better!

This place does club fittings but wouldn't let me demo shafts with my driver head? I guess they wanted me to buy something based off their floor employees recommendation. If I'm going to buy something blind I'd just buy offline. Also, it would have taken 2 days to get the shaft installed. I've heard good things about GolfTec in Westport.

The new PGA master club fitter/instructor Mitchell is amazing at what he does. If you want a high end experience for a reasonable price, go here! Plus the store is very clean/organized.

Had a driver fitting and testing. instructor was obnoxious. i still ended up buying the club cause I liked it but the store employee didnt ask me to sign up for the rewards (the only time you want them to as it was a 700$ club). then they told me to return and repurchase to obtain the points, then they STILL DIDNT DO IT. so the purchase was inconvenient and the experience was annoying. go somewhere else. prices are the same and youll get better service

I went in to test some hybrid clubs. I was immediately assisted by Bo. He gave me a bunch of clubs to try and gave me some tips to help make better contact with the ball. He did a great job keeping me around the budget I wanted to spend and I love my new Taylormade Hybrid. Very happy with the help I received from Bo and will be back because of him to get fitted for other clubs. Thanks Bo

I will never purchase another item from this place.. this is the 2nd time that I have been in the store and the employees knew nothing from the tire manager to the cashier . You ask for help and nothing.. I received more help from the golf balls then from the store employee... I would suggest you think twice about going to Golf Galaxy

I genuinely think these guys are trained on how to not make sales. Walked in with $500 and a slice and after 5 swings the stiff gave up on me and said, I quote, "You're not buying a driver tonight." My suggestion would to either to pay for a true fitting elsewhere or buy online, these guys will just look at you like you're trying to use them for their simulator.
