Had to wait for 3 or 4 minutes before a clerk came to the counter. Also I asked why the car wash was not open and the clerk smartly said I don't know. I do not appreciate a smart attitude when I'm asking a question to a customer service representative of your company!

They really did a good job getting prepared for Covid-19, and were able to stock toilet paper, gloves, and hand sanitizer most of the time during the crisis. They always have a good selection of quality drinks and craft beers.

They would not allow the use of their public bathrooms even though we bought gas and water!! They said they weren't broken but others have trashed them before so now they won't let people use them. I had 3 young boys who had to go...

Stop cheating me out of money. I have twice paid fora car wash and it tells me "clerk has receipt". Really??? Store is closed, therefore no clerk, no receipt. Dishonest business, avoid!

This is terrible place. Went for coffee and snack. Coffee had terrible taste and very weak, condiments not available, cappuccino machine out of order, food is old and no prices shown until you check out then you find out its very high. Place is also messy and dirty. Will not go here again.

Food is great, gas prices are good for the area. Most of the employees are nice and helpful. But the one lady is rude, ignorant, incompetent, and moody.

The level of customer service is ridiculous. If you offer a full service car wash there should never be a time when there isnt an empolyee able re set or help when the machine is not propertly accepting the form of acceptable currency listed directly on the machine. I purchased a deluex car wash and piad quarters and cash. The machine registered only half the quaters put in the machine. I went inside and cashier was helpful at first and allowed me to purchase a ticket for the wash at cost of what machine ate. When returning to the machine it was stuck on the previous sale and would not reset to use our new code. I called from machine and was then hung up on after a short yell of manager isnt in to help. My husband walked in to just ask for refund and was accused of being a lair bc the machine doesn't take quaters. After a mini debate of basically alllowing this cashier make the situation worse by resorting to name calling a refund was issued. Kindly I took a picture of the machine that states quaters only and showed that quaters registered as we put in. Both male empolyees came and surrounded me to tell me I was rude for not just dropping it bc they are busy. I simply showed them the macine took quaters we dont lie and they need to mark machine as they lost customers behind us. We live close and its ashame that I will now drive past.

Three of the eight pumps were not operational or credit card could not be used; men's room door held open by a 2 x 4, exposing a yellow-stained plastic bag wrapped onto the mens' room urinal. A real mess. I won't be back, ever.
