The drive thru was busy. One staff was getting off. She stopped to take my order and payment. Issue was no one stopped helping push drive thru to make my milkshake.

Man I had to bring my wife food back twice and they still didn't get it right. The manager wearing street clothes while making her own order, than y'all cursing like y'all don't have customers in the store... Need new team.

Service leaves something to be desired. Very unprofessional staff and restaurant was unkemp. My order was incorrect and the 'superior' as she called herself yelled at me on the telephone and told me she wasn't going to argue with me over a burger. Note to the owner...please send the managers for customer service training!!

Zero stars if I could. I used a coupon for a 2 for $10 and got charged $20. Even with cheese being added which is about $1.20 and tax (about $2.) it shouldn't have been that much. Burger King is out of line. It's one thing to raise your prices it's another to jip money from customers. So where did the extra $10 come from???

Customer service is everything. Had a coupon and went to the drive thru. Associate didn't try to help me. (missing numbers).After that everything went down hill. Milkshake half done, no. whip offered or given. Associates turned away from to me before I could ask for anything. My bacon cheeseburger was thrown together. The line wasnt long at the time. Not sure why rushed

So I went to this location today to get a Whooper Jr with cheese and no onions FOB. I het.to the window and ask the employee how much trouble would it be to ring up an apple pie. He asked Hershey Court? I said no Apple. He took my card and rung up the pie. He gave me the bag and I pulled off. I get all the way back to work and look in the bag to eat my pie and it's a Hershey pie. SMH! Who I is that bad they can't hear the difference between apple and Hershey. I went back to the window and I told him you have me a Hershey pie not apple. He then said to me oh we don't have apple. WTH! So you didn't say you didn't have Apple but took my card and rung me up for what you wanted to ring me up for and thought it was ok? Who does that? Why swipe my card if I specifically said apple. You don't decide for me what I get youngster. Who raised you this way? All I can say is these younger generation people they are hiring in these food establishments are simply not capable of their duties. They don't care, they're too busy on the phones, they are rude and have no professionalism for dealing with the public. I wish I could hire all people for these places. It would be a totally different breed of people I tell you. Nothing but an elite group would handle my food. I was already aggravated due to a previous encounter at another establishment which lead me to get BK. They were absolutely horrible too. Guess it was meant for me to be hungry tonight. Get.it together BK. Get team members who have common sense of nothing else. One that knows you can't ring a customer for something they don't want because it's all you have.

It was about 10 when I went through the drive-thru. Lady took my order very pleasant. Got to window young guy stuck him hand out (said NOTHING) I handed over my $20 he grabbed ( I mean snatched it ) away and slammed the window ( YES HIS FINGERS WERE DOING THE OPEN AND SHUTTING IT WAS NOT AUTOMATICALLY Closing ! ) Then he Opened the window back up gave me my drink , I said Thank you (no response) just a Slam of the window again. Then a hand came out and gave me my change I said Thank you again and "SLAM" then a minute goes by and window was ripped open food was flung out the window towards me with a rattling of the bag to get my attention I guess I was already looking at him. And again I said Thank you with no response other than the SLAMMING OF THE WINDOW. I wanted some ketchup but didnt get the chance to ask. But atleast the food was good and hot lol. I guess I will put a SLAM on going back there again !!

Husband went and ordered a Whopper Jr with no 🍅. Not sure what "this" is. I guess it was too much effort to make the WJ without tomatoes, so they just slid the tomatoes off. Let's not talk about the cheesesticks. Cold and hard. How does that work when the DT is wrapped around. You would think everything would be hot. I guess not. A BUNCH A TRASH.
