At this post office, for YEEEARRSSS, the people have always been snippy, cold and unconcerned with anything related to you and your mail. You come in and try to be friendly with a smile and pleasant conversation and...they won't have any of that. LOL. The local mail carriers are usually younger generations that don't understand the old post office motto: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Forget about that. They don't bother to even check if you have mail to pick up if they don't have something to drop off. So if you have a bill that NEEDS to be paid BUT no junk mail for them to bring you....Sigh. That's the world in the latter days folks. ~GASHUBOY
