Best auto repair shop in Manassas Park, Virginia (VA) 2024

Brought my Jetta here and while it wasn't a cheap fix, it wasn't the shops fault. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue using the recommended VW parts. Was pleased with the service so I recommended my wife bring her dart here for a wheel bearing issue. Again, they quickly diagnosed and repaired the car at a very fair price. I went to have my engine replaced. Drew took care of it. I got it back and it wasn't running right, so I pop the hood on the side of 66. I find 3 clamps off. Not just slipped off never tighten at all. This is after being charged double the quoted price 3600. Then extras for putting my old turbo which had no issues and didn't need to be removed. Guys says he's a vet. No soldier would ever treat one another like this. SMH. Save your money go elsewhere. ~Jonathan

I am happy with the final result, it took a while, there were ups and downs but in the end i am pretty satisfied with all the extra effort Mr. Ron did to make me satisfied. Mr. Ron made a big difference on my overall experience. I would recommend D&V just for the fact that they understand their customers needs and will try their best to accommodate to their situation.
