Best gas station in New Market, Virginia (VA) 2024

I rarely ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but never have I experienced such rudeness from a cashier. He was so rude, arrogant and just plain nasty. It was my daughter's birthday on top of it, and she was the one that purchased the items. We were calm and well mannered but he continued to raise his voice and be rude because he was asked a simple question after my daughter's drink had no safety seal. It was literally open. We did not want a refund, only an exchange and he got all bent out of shape and started raising his voice. I was literally appalled. I refuse to patronize anywhere that would treat their customers with a lack of respect and courtesy. I had to convince my daughter to stop there, because she said that it looked suspicious. She was right and regretfully, that was how she ended her birthday. Never again. I hope he learns some respect and good manners or he won't make it very far. I actually feel sad for the guy, but upset for my daughter. ~Melody
