The gym is a wonderful place to workout. However, I would highly encourage you NOT to sign up for the personal training. Jake, the personal training manager, will charge your card for personal training even though you paused the training due to your work schedule. Petra the manager says there isn’t anything that she can do about it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your online research and see all the complaints. We failed to do so but we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs Office to file a formal complaint. BEWARE OF JAKE!!! HE WILL BILL YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SERVICES THST HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED!! ~???
