Best fast food restaurant in Nickelsville, Virginia (VA) 2024

Went there 5/20/2022 after Dr's appointment - around 1:00p.m. ish Not crowded - told to sit where I like. The tables all had forks in the paper covering but they had not been cleaned. They had cup water rings, crumbs, etc on tables. I walked to front to let person know. She walks back and said oh there's one - I started to sit down and crumbs on table. I turned around and she was already gone. I just left because if tables are dirty...what is the quality of cleanliness in food preparation? ~Linda
