What a disgrace. Went in today and all lunch items were not ready as the kitchen manager/worker attempted to come outside and argue with a customer.
In today’s times what worker would exit an establishment and argue with a disgruntled customer. I tell you it’s one who can not effectively manage their emotions and should not be in a role serving the public. Keep her in the back she could put us all at risk as customers and her employees.
So let’s see, there are two other options in walking distance therefore I went there as she exited the kitchen and not put customers first.
Please coach and develop your employees better to not engage in this type of behavior.
When In the area I will choose the other Exxon or citgo. Lunch was good from the other Exxon. ~.
