Fantastic auto repair experience. My Tacoma was in a minor rear-end accident. Needed a new rear bumper, tailgate and it came out looking like new! You can not go wrong at H&C Auto.

It's been almost a year since I've purchased a vehicle and I took my time with this purchase. I believe I struck gold with coming across H & C Auto Sales. Tyler Call proved to be a salesman extraordinaire by being personable, friendly and offering what I thought was a great deal. After test driving the vehicle and performing my own mini inspection I was sold and wanted to purchase the vehicle. It was close to closing time when I arrived on the lot so I told Tyler I would come back tomorrow and purchase the vehicle no haggling or anything. I came back the next day and Tyler had the purchase paperwork ready with license plates on the vehicle and a nice shine on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Throughout the process Tyler was up front and made me aware that I was purchasing a used vehicle with no warranty but took the time to inform me about potential issues with the vehicle. Tyler also provided me a copy of the Carfax report for the vehicle and the report showing the vehicle had recently passed state inspection. Not only does the vehicle look good it also drives well and I believe l received an excellent vehicle and customer service from Tyler Call and H & C Auto. If I need another vehicle in the future I will not hesitate to go to H & C first. I normally don't write lengthy reviews like this but in this case it's warranted because of the exceptional car buying experience I had and I would recommend H & C to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a fair price and top notch customer service.

Its nice to feel welcome at an establishment, instead of someone just wanting you to buy something and get out. Everyone here was friendly and professional. The customer service was great. I have no complaints about how we were treated as customers. However, the vehicle that I purchased in February has been an absolute money pit. It has spent more time parked at a repair shop than it has parked at my house. It overheated on I-95 in less than a months time and there hasn’t been a clear solution to whatever the current problem is. I should have taken the fact that they didn’t bother to have keys made for the vehicle as a red flag but here we are. I don’t know if they knew about the problems with the vehicle but either way it’s problematic. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was skeptical about this place at first because they are a bit off the main road BUT. Lewis made the entire process simple and efficient. I was able to find the car online, called to verify it was there and they even offered to arrive earlier than their opening time to accommodate my schedule. Everything about the vehicle was as advertised. Total purchase process outside of the test drive and having my mechanic take a look at it was under an hour. And 2 months later, I very pleased to have stumbled across H&C!

Elliot was nice to deal with and is honest and personable. Did not try to over-sell or pressure us. Great buying experience and a very reasonable price. They DID have dealer tags for us to use (despite what a previous review stated) and did not mind our rather lengthy and thorough test drive. We took all the time we needed and were not rushed at all. I would not hesitate to buy from H & C again or refer a friend or family member.
