ABOVE AND BEYOND! rose, the store manager is absolutely amazing. Honestly UPS should give her a raise. I had issues with a very important package for my company not getting delivered , and instead of redirecting down the rabbit hole she took time out of her already busy day to get me the help I needed. (And the issue was resolved within an actual 10 minutes!!) This woman saved my job! Thankyou again!!

Went to this location to drop off my package and while I was waiting in line I heard this sweet girl asking her customer if he was speaking Portuguese instead of Spanish. Then, Rose Polzin (I assumed she's the manager) was yelling at the girl "make sure you label the box, not talking services" in front of everyone. When working in customer service you provide exceptional care, that's what this girl was trying to do but I guess her manager completely forgot about it and does not care about her employees/customer. No doubt why all employees are with a sad face at this location. Worst manager and worst work environment I ever seen.

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect before! It was even by the manager! Rose Polzin is by far the rudest customer service person I have encountered. She was demeaning and blatantly talked down to us with the employee she was training right in front of our faces! I will not be going back! I would give zero stars and call and talk to the manager but since she is the manager, there’s no point! I can’t imagine the horrible work place she sets forth. What a horrible example and rude human being!

I have been going to The UPS Store in Herriman since it opened. I love this store. Rose and the staff are fast, helpful and friendly. Whether on the phone or in the store, they help me with what I need. They go out of the way to make your experience a good one.

The one star is for the first employee who helped me because she was very kind and helpful. The manager who was working this morning was not. She was very rude and condesending to me, the other employee, and another customer who walked in after me. I had a simple question and she treated me like I was stupid. She berated me for over fifteen minutes over something that was a quick five second answer.

Rose was highly distracted and unhelpful. She moved along helping other customers as if I wasn’t patiently waiting in line before them. She took her time flirting with a male customer while I was waiting to get helped. I mean shoot your shot lady, but do it on your own time! The store is highly unorganized, filthy, and the staff was inefficient to say the least. Do yourself a favor and drive to the actual UPS store if you value your time.

Generally a great store. Today one of the employees was vocally complaining about the number of customers every time someone walked in the door. Made me feel bad for even being there, like we were ruining her life by being a customer.

I went in to the ups store in herriman today with 7 different packages, I thought I had them all organized but I didn’t. I had things in different packages and had to have them print out labels and then reprint them again when I was sure what was in the package. Definitely my mistake, but they got me and my packages all sorted out! They were very kind and super helpful! It was also really busy in there. I really appreciate them for being understanding and sooo incredible and incredibly understanding. They really are the best UPS store!

I went to send a fairly large box that had attached a company-issued pre-paid shipping label. The problem was that the label was for a flat-rate envelope—not the large box my item was in (another story). I was told it would cost $70 to $100 to ship the box. Not too happy about that! But….. in the meantime, one of the employees I have worked with for years stepped in to help. She was able to figure out how to ship it for $40 instead of the $100 cost I was first told. And—that included repackaging into a smaller box AND insurance! I was super grateful! Great customer service!! Thank you!

Wish I could give them no stars. Absolutely the worst UPS Store in the Valley. Pay for an overnight package, to find out they forgot to ship it. Had to pay nearly $300 now to hopefully get it sent overnight, "again" plus there was no manager to speak to.
