We strolled in to get a feel for different mattresses with the intent to more than likely make a purchase from Costco afterwards. However, the customer service was great, leading us to a mattress that we decided to buy. Leah made it all very easy, and we were glad we decided to come in. I wanted to wait to review until after the mattress arrived. The guys were here right at the beginning of the window and they were in and out. Super professional and helpful.
