White older lady heavyset does not know how to make a sub or wrap 10am shift 08/20/21 we ordered two 12 inch steak and cheese subs with chicken as a extra meat we all know on a 12 inch wrap or sub 4 slices of cheese goes on it she puts 2 slices tell me that’s how it goes ... wrong I been to over 100 subway locations never ran into this then charges us for extra cheese 😂😂🤦🏾 Cause we wanted shredded too someone needs to teach this lady properly she is most definitely set in her ways ~Joshua

Showers and restroom were clean. Shower 8 did have issues the hot water would only work for like 2 seconds and you would hear it click and it turned to just warm water. It was on and off the whole shower. Probably the worst shower I've ever had at a Pilot. They are usually great. Other than that. Still a great place to stop. Restaurants were clean and employees were friendly and quick,even in the main store. Big parking lot with alot of spots to reserve. But it looks full tonight. ~Armando
