I make it a point to stop here when in in the area. The staff is friendly and professional. Even when there is a customer being belligerent because the lights went out. Not only his shower but all of them. He has a very bad attitude towards the cashiers and the manager the morning of this review. Turns out he didn't turn his light switch on when the lights were restored. The staff especially the manager was very cool and polite to the jerk even though he was being narrow minded about the ordeal. My Hats off to the staff this morning. Thank you

The pumps don't read Rewards card for commercial trucks so you are not getting your points even when you go inside. The manager said they had an electrical storm and it hasn't worked right since. Here's a solution: call IT and stop screwing the drivers. We have to have receipts for taxes. It saves a lot of your backup issues at the pump when it works correctly. If you are unsure of how to fix the problem maybe you shouldn't be a manager. Just a thought

Took initiative and reserved a space here early in the morning as a trucker. I show up at 10 PM after an 8 hour drive and the place is packed. I tell them I reserved a space but the reserved spaces are full. They tell me there’s nothing they can do besides give me a refund, despite the fact that I did reserve a space at this location and counted on it to be available when I arrived. I accept the refund and parked on the on ramp. Next morning I get two separate tickets from state police. TL;DR. Do not count on reserving a space here and your deal being honored. I’m never coming back to this truck stop ever again.

Renewed, clean and very good food, but if you reserve a truck parking in this truck stop and you are coming late have this in mind they are not allowed to go out side and your spot won’t be there waiting for you so if when you come there is not a parking spot they can’t do nothing for you, it happens to me, they’ll give you a refund but at 10 pm or later where are you going to park very disappointing.

Showers and restroom were clean. Shower 8 did have issues the hot water would only work for like 2 seconds and you would hear it click and it turned to just warm water. It was on and off the whole shower. Probably the worst shower I've ever had at a Pilot. They are usually great. Other than that. Still a great place to stop. Restaurants were clean and employees were friendly and quick,even in the main store. Big parking lot with alot of spots to reserve. But it looks full tonight.

I would give 5 stars but they have reserved PAID parking for truckers. Not as many as some places so that's a plus. We provide much of the business for these truck stops. Why should we also PAY to park with the tens of thousands each trucker pays on fuel and fuel taxes. Other than that this facility was great. Hot coffee, hot and cold tea, cold soft drinks at the fountain staging area. Nice scenery and a friendly staff. Quiet 10 hr break. The wifi for purchase is horrible here as it is at many truck stops. It cuts in and out. They have hot foods available also.

Clean shower for #8 but the pipes studder which scared me a couple times lol but over all 8s a pretty good pilot and i love that they had a light over the mirror

Fresh renovation, several food options that are all good, good has prices, conveniently located off the highway, and good staff are all found here. I drive a lot of Virginia and Pilot is a great option but this is my favorite of them. I always recommend this stop as it is at a perfect point regardless of going north or south on 81 or east on 66. Enjoy!

Out of all the Pilots or flying J 's that I have gotten to shower at in this year or past years and I'VE been Trucking for 40+ yrs this one has gotten the worse shower's. If you exam the attached pictures, you'll see not only the lack of space , but wall seems coming apart from the ceiling to the floor. Not very well kept up. Needs a serious up grade, Oh the sink faucets both shifts from side to side when you try to turn on the water. It really looks like something in an abandoned building. I was fortunate not to be a very large person @5'10 because someone 6'3 or taller not to mention wide would have had a hell time trying to get into that shower stall. I just hope that if they going upgrade they need to hurry up. I'm not very particular but I thought this was ridiculous.
