I never understood the fascination with this brand. Then I was in Detroit on a business trip and decided to take in their "main" store. WOW! So cool. From the bespoke bikes in the back of the store to the embossed stationary to the warm customer service, I WAS SOLD. I was in the Tysons Corner store with my second Runwell Watch to have the battery changed and to have the band monogrammed. Foster, Zara and Aya took such great care of me! I had my watch in a matter of 2 weeks good as new. I LOVE IT! You have earned a lifelong customer! If you're looking for a place that will make you feel taken care of, look no more this is it! Eravos is a great choice for people who want a customized ring and are not interested in ready-made options. Because my husband and I had envisioned a very particular ring (princess cut, with diamonds around; for both engagement and wedding band), we were having trouble locating that in big chains. My husband designed the ring and Ashish (Eravos' owner) was very accommodating to his multiple requests. His client service was outstanding including delivering the engagement at a short notice and at our home in DC. Also, Eravos' inventory of diamonds was excellent, which again is an important feature for picky buyers like us who wanted an ideal center stone and understand what we were purchasing. We also bought my husband's wedding band there, also custom-made through Eravos' partnership with Lashbrooks. We've gotten many compliments on both of our rings and are very happy. ~Liliana
