When we were faced with several maintenance issues and their next available scheduled appointment did not fit our needs, they offered to take the car and “fit it in” whenever a technician was available to work on it. So time of completion was open-ended (“possibly a few days”)—they returned it completely finished before day 1 was over! And as usual, they gave us the convenience of shuttle service.
