Horrible service, my hot coffee was luke warm. I ordered a hot GRANDE coffee. I was given a tall at the window. I let them know it was the wrong size and the employee literally dumped the same drink into a larger cup. So she gave me a grande sized cup that was only half full. I let her know I was not happy and asked why did she not make the right sized drink. She let me know that’s how it is and she could add more milk to fill the cup! How frustrating! I wanted coffee not a glass of milk. Last time I come here. ~Paulina
