I rented a truck to tow my trailer full of yard waste to the dump as my little truck couldn't handle the weight. Came home and noticed a lock on the truck hitch. Drove back and was told they don't allow towing with their trucks. I mentioned that nobody told me and associate Kyle said "Did you ask"! Great customer service. ~Joseph
