Best toy store in Kelso, Washington (WA) 2024

Customer service is good but sometimes other staff members are not professional. They are "selective" whom they wish to greet, assist or be nice to. It happens all the time. Staff greets people before I walk in and those that walk in after I walked into the store. Go figure? I buy what I stopped in for and leave. Youngsters need to do better w/customer service like any other local place of business. Overall, it is a pleasant experience. ~Odette

I made a return of an item bought online to the store. There were 5 customers ahead of me. The staff was so polite and so fast! I've never had a return go so quickly or so smoothly anywhere. It took about 7 minutes to get to my turn, get the return done and get out. Amazing! ~Claudia
