I’ve been practicing yoga for 3 decades. I also travel for work and part of making this travel sustainable is a commitment to finding a yoga class wherever I go. I’ve been to hundreds of yoga studios all over the country. This studio is what I call “the trifecta”: a heart (the studio owner is the lead teacher and they lead with experience integrity and love) a body the facility is outstanding and sign up is modern and easy, a soul: the yoga is there in all of its glory-technique, history, sequence tradition.
