Best cell phone store in Barboursville, West Virginia (WV) 2024

We went to ATT to purchase 4 new devices and service. The first guy we spoke with was very nice, but also very new, so he handed us off to another associate. She was brash, rude, pushy, constantly interrupted us, and did a very poor job explaining what was happening. When we inquired about the devices she didn't seem to know much about them, or how billing would work. She sold me one phone, which had to be ordered; when it arrived a week and a half late she had ordered the wrong one. Also the watch we bought was the wrong one, but we were so exasperated by the whole experience we just said screw it and kept the wrong one. We went back a week later like idiots to look at another watch and after 30 minutes of being jerked around left and went somewhere else. This was absolutely the worst buying experience I've ever had, and cannot stress how unhappy I am with the service we received over multiple visits. ~Jamie

I visited this store with my brother to return some of the games in exchange for store credit. The process took only a few minutes, and their friendly staff politely answered all our questions. Like any GameStop store, you can find a lot of used video game titles for a good price here, and there's a variety of merchandise available at the store. But, they had limited apparel during my visit. GameStop is the place to go to if you are looking to buy new or used video games. ~Ram
