From the time I walked in to talk about a new Honda Pilot the staff was so courteous and personable! I have dealt with mainly the service Dept before this purchase! Always so satisfied with the service Dept especially Greg but all all excellent! So deciding to purchase a new vehicle was new for me because my late husband usually dealt with this but I couldn't have been better informed by Chris and Kevin! They were so helpful and Chris showed me the details of a Pilot that was there and answered all my questions! Kevin was also great on telling me what would be available and when it would be at dealership! Also they kept in contact with me until my vehicle arrived! I have and will recommend Cole Honda! ~Lora
