6 Best gas station in Charleston, West Virginia (WV) 2024

Usually love everyone at this gas station. But just had the worse customer service I’ve ever had at a gas station around here. She was rude and her answer to everything was “I can’t help you” when it was their pump messing up and wouldn’t offer any solutions, then just so rude when I came in and just asked for the money I put on the pump and didn’t get the gas. Her coworker was super sweet though and clearly embarrassed by the other lady’s attitude. ~Taelyn

I visit a lot of gas stations when I travel and I really don't know how they get less than han 5 stars unless they don't have any fuel or their bathroom is messed up ~Mark

To be perfectly honest ten or fifteen years ago, when this location was considered "Food Shop" and was a Marathon station...I thought it was great...in subsequent years, I have come to learn it had many issues...not the least of which, that it regularly failed its Health Dep't inspections, and this is why eventually they would lose the ability to even cook and serve food. The following owners, two brothers hailing from Jordan, were pretty cool cats in my òpinion, but as I understand things were not exactly on the up and up legally speaking. Fast-forward to the present, and I can say that while I have only been there a few times since new management... the entire inside layout had been redesigned and looks pretty fly to me. So far it seems to be kept clean, and the employees have always been very kind and courteous. We shall see, but if this is any hint at how things will play out, I for one will be satisfied and impressed...Great job guys and gals! ~fortwynt

Little higher than other gas stations but has friendly helpful cashiers ~Sunshine

I was so glad to find this spot right before getting on the interstate. I was able to fill up, and change clothes in the restroom. It was very clean and well kept. This was a life saver for me. ~Billy
