Best ice cream shop in Charleston, West Virginia (WV) 2024

Nice ice cream store. Get a cup, cone, sundae, shake, cake or more. Tons of flavors and toppings, but NO SUGAR FREE. I guess Baskin Robbins doesn't mind missing the boat on the 10% of the American public that's diabetic. Hey guys, maybe two flavors and you'd have a customer for life. Lots of benches outside after you get your screamers. Three helpful people on the counter. Good parking. ~Steve
