Best auto repair shop in Newell, West Virginia (WV) 2024

Let me tell ya, these people were all amazing! I took my car for what I was hoping would be a quick AC charge, but I had had some previous problems that made me concerned the problem wouldn’t be that easily fixed. After they worked on it for most of the day, I received the call that my concerns were correct but they could order the part and have my car fixed in a day or so. I was terrified to see the bill but this girl needs her AC! When I took my car back they were so incredibly efficient and kind. I’m positive you’re not going to find better prices or better service in this area! My biggest gripes with garages is usually a lack of communication and that is just not the case here! They kept me in the loop and went above and beyond for me to be able to drop off my car at a time that worked best for my schedule. I certainly won’t be taking my car anywhere else, that’s for sure! 10/10 hands down! ~Jamie
