I've been a long time loyal customer of auto zone until this past Sunday. I called with the part numbers and wanted to make sure they had items in stock as the website suggested. I was placed on hold a total of 4 times. The first two was ok, they asked at least if they could place me on hold. The 3rd guy when I asked him why I could just pay for my order and not be placed on hold, he said he didn't know and laid the phone down and walked off. Finally Trent, who claimed to be the manager answered and things got worse from there. Finally by the end of speaking to Trent, I told him not to worry, that he has lost all my business from auto zone.
Not that I'm the prime supporter of auto zone but because of his behavior Auto Zone lost my $750 order. ~Blake
