The helped me find the right part to get me back on the road after my minivan started over heated on my drive back from North Carolina to Michigan. It started to over heat in West Virginia on Sunday afternoon and I guess it happened in the right place 😄 I wish I would have gotten their names so I could do a proper shout out, thank you guys!

I've been a long time loyal customer of auto zone until this past Sunday. I called with the part numbers and wanted to make sure they had items in stock as the website suggested. I was placed on hold a total of 4 times. The first two was ok, they asked at least if they could place me on hold. The 3rd guy when I asked him why I could just pay for my order and not be placed on hold, he said he didn't know and laid the phone down and walked off. Finally Trent, who claimed to be the manager answered and things got worse from there. Finally by the end of speaking to Trent, I told him not to worry, that he has lost all my business from auto zone. Not that I'm the prime supporter of auto zone but because of his behavior Auto Zone lost my $750 order.

Went there needing some windshield washer hose and connectors to repair a split. The young man was as helpful as he could be, but he simply didn't know where to start. He led us around the store looking at every book and cranny it should be. After an unsuccessful search he asked a manager(I assume) for help. This guy was as friendly as a guard dog. He never cracked a smile or interacted with us at all. As we were leaving the young employee told us we could come behind the counter area and look at what they had. In the far back corner they indeed had hose you could purchase by the foot. It's what I ask for in the beginning. Don't be harsh with the young employee because he was trying his best to help. But, the older gentleman could use some training on interacting with customers.

Always helpful and very seldom too busy too help someone! Clean and organized, easy to locate items. Plenty of parking spaces, but no public restrooms. They also allow quick fixes in the parking lot if it doesn’t take to awful long to repair or replace the required part of the vehicle.
