Traveling to Georgia in an older vehicle we started having issues. We thought about turning around, but instead we Google’d the nearest AutoZone location. When we arrived I explained the issues to the assistant manager Chris. He hooked the electrical system monitor up to the Vehicle and determined that we needed a new battery. Great! 4 hours away from home with no tools and we need a battery. Not a problem, AutoZone to the rescue! Chris replaced the battery and got us back in the highway. The battery was inside the cabin under the rear passenger seat. I would have never located it. Thanks AutoZone!

Stopped in on Black Friday for some help with some trailer wiring questions. Appreciated the knowledgeable help - even up to going out in the cold and laying on the concrete to help make sure the adapter would fit correctly.

Clean store, courteous employees, well stocked, good warranty service. Kept my receipts, returned a wheel bearing that failed at 11 months. Cash refund. The bearing should have held up much better, but the refund says they agree. Not a bad outcome, Im pleased.

This place was fantastic! They truly go above and beyond for their customers! I bought a battery at Advanced Auto and they told me they didn't do the battery installation on my specific vehicle because it was too complicated (2014 Silverado 1500 Lt) so I took a shot at Autozone and these guys no questions asked said they could do it. They also stayed 30 minutes past closing for me (I'm a nurse and got off work late). I will never go to advanced again and will continue to go to auto zone with all of my truck needs. Thanks again guys!

AMAZING service and customer assistance. Alternator went bad and they did everything to help me and my husband. Tools, advice,assistance. Amazing. Will always from now on be coming here to this store won't take our business anywhere else. Amazing. Thank you all Sooo much for the help!!!!

I went to return a warranty set of brake pad this evening. I want to get cash back because i used my pin with my debt card. I almost was not given the choose. I was lied to and the woman which i think was a Manger was rude and try to force the money back on my debit card. Then they said i could not have my pads back to take them back to take to another store and get my money back. I told them i would call the police if they did not give me my pads or the cash. Then another guy had to fix her mistake. I will never buy anything for that store again. All this over about $34.00. The store is a degrace to Autozone period.
