The food is good but the gentleman answering the phone was rude!! I can’t walk and when I order on the app and I’m paying with cash, I can’t do curbside pickup, I hate that!! I have to call the store and ask them to bring my order to me, well he got a attitude and was like if we have time I will bring it out!!! I’ve had 7 surgeries on my hip and he made me feel horrible because I asked him to walk my food out to me. I’m sorry

The pizzas I ordered a couple weeks ago were great last weeks was really salty. I hope to nights are better. Well, it could have been better crust was really thin for hand tossed .

Not from the area so I settled for pizza. Ordered online. It made due for dinner. A bit costly for a pizza that is mediocre. Being on the road a lot I guess I should have asked the locals for a ma and pop place. So sorry.

Hands down the BEST delivery service I have had in Raleigh County out of pizza deliveries. Food is always warm and consistently delicious. Customer service is great!

We order from this location often. Last few months every time we order for carry out and we go to pick up our order it’s impossible to get an employee to come to the door to unlock and hand us over our order. I sat outside waved knocked tried to get someone’s attention for over 20 min. My order was ready, they all looked at me and completely ignored me. Finally one person came and was incredibly rude. I have never been so mad over service before Domino’s in Beckley you are a complete disappointment when it comes to customer service!

Just recently moved here from NH,the food is great. Delivery is super fast. Food is also Always piping hot. Great job guy's 👌 My husband and I are now addicted to the lava cakes 😂 Last few driver's have been so polite as well, something else we aren't use too.

Got our pizza and it wasnt even cooked all the way through. We called and they voided our transaction but didnt even offer to make this right. They threatened to stop doing business with us. This is very disappointing and I just wanted a good dinner tn for ohr family instead left with this mess. The pizza is soggy and wet. Not even edible. Avoid this place like the plague. If you get Emma as your manager do not order wait until you get a different manager. Food is always bad with her but good with others.
