If u get fast service, its because the delivery drivers drive like maniacs. Don't bother calling manager about it. She defends their unsafe driving practices

The ingredients are still so artificial. I keep trying to give you guys a chance but its every pizza hut I go to its all the same, all so artificial. To be completely honest, red baron makes a better pizza than you guys. And the price, good God the prices. Little Ceasars has you guys beat on both, taste and price. Wing Street is the only you guys got going for you, and thats not saying much. The bowling alley down the street has the best wings in Southern WV.

Overall we love Pizza Hut and don't have bad experiences. However last time we went we got the personal pan pizzas and they were not like the pan crust pizzas of the past. The crust was basically flat. A little disappointed but oh well. Maybe next time. Love the ability to order online and pick up.

Hot wings were very good and bread sticks were good aswell. Pizza was cold and tasted old. Took almost 1 hour for delivery. Would pass on delivery of pizza in the future.

Ok where to start, I call my order in and they kept crackling in and out and hung up on me very quickly. I think their phones are bad or just faking it. I walk in and I am greeted by Zach, a heavy set guy about 16-20 years old around 5ft 6inches or a lil taller with glasses. He was very rude and slammed things around spoke under his breath what sounded like I hate this bad word. I was appalled that he would say such unprofessional things. I just brushed it off as bad breeding by looking at him. So I got home and a few days later looked at my bank statement and it did not match my receipt. The only thing that comes to mind is this lil bad person is writing himself tips on my dollar without asking . He did look annoyed when I left it blank and shook up my food when he handed to me saying an obviously fake sorry about that with a smirk. He thinks he is untouchable and if he does this to me he does it to others...!!! So check out your receipts I may call the police but I do not think they will do anything over a couple dollars.

Very friendly and polite. Fast service and with a smile! Pizza was exactly how we ordered it and was the best darn pizzas ever! Manager Danita was very friendly and made sure pizzas were cooked as we ordered. ....well done but not burnt. The pizza maker did a super job and everything about the pizza was nicely fresh. HAT' S OFF and a SALUTE to the crew for such a GOOD JOB....we'll be back again!!!!!
