At first when I came there was a young kid who I believed was new. He was having trouble just taking basic card information down and was not time efficient and everybody knows when your living time is of the essence. So, that first day was a struggle. I needed the Uhaul for one more day and I needed boxes also. Second time around Allen helped me set it up no problem and him and Jesse even helped me carry out my boxes and the tape to my truck. Nobody does that anymore theses days! It made my day. Also, Allen gave me a reminder call a few hours before the truck was due back just to make sure I was on schedule.
