It's a McDonald's! It's not the worst, or the best I've ever been to. But, the food tasted right, and the service was ok. The milkshake machine was working, so that was good. The real problem here is the same problem most McDonald's face... the fries. They were cold, and let's be honest, cold McDonald's fries are as disgusting as they are delicious when they are fresh. ~Airiak

Overall I had a good experience with the ladies inside, they were very friendly and helpful. I was extremely nervous watching one of their employees drive my car out of the gated area only to cut off and almost get t-boned by a pickup with a plow on it. Please be more careful handling property that doesn’t belong to you! I would have been devastated if my car had been wrecked. Also: my gas cap & cover were open and my windshield wipers are absolutely shredded. I know my car changed hands a few times so I don’t necessarily blame this company, I’m just super bummed. ~Liz

I worked with TSB Bank for my home loan and couldn't be happier with the way they handled it. As a result I moved all of my banking accounts to them. TSB still has the feel of a home town bank where they know you when you walk in the door. Great place. ~Steven

My dog was spayed by Dr. Greer yesterday, and it was such a great experience. All the staff (notably, Trish, but everyone else as well) were informative and compassionate. You can tell everyone at the clinic truly cares about animals. Dr. Greer is good-humored and very professional, and she answered all my questions before/after the surgery. She even gave me a kind recap of my dog’s manners throughout the day, which really made me, as an owner, feel included in the process. My dog was happy to be at the clinic and loved meeting all the staff. Check-out was very smooth. My dog seemed comfortable with the tech who brought her out to me. The clinic made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I only wish I lived closer so that Dr. Greer could be my regular vet! ~Jessica

We just purchased a truck from Lomira last night and I must say it was one of the nicest dealers I have ever worked with. Josh Labelle was our salesman and took great care of us; he was honest, provided prompt responses, and very personable. The credit rep, Chris, as well was very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, and upfront with no surprises when you sat down to sign. Both gentleman were very patient and thorough. They couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again in the future! ~Tr

For a small town bank that should be capable of having a customer oriented standard, I am extremely disappointed for the lack of effort and care that was provided. The unfortunate service that was demonstrated specifically by the branch manager in lack of communication for 3 straight months after countless attempts is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After opening an account in 2006 I was only closing my account due to moving out of state. After thinking I was in the clear for all of my accounts being transferred to a local bank account, I had the unfortunate notification of a large overdraft fee due to an account not being transferred. In good faith, the branch I opened my account with, was relayed to me as my best option for assistance. Needless to say the lack of assistance led my dept to be issued to a collection agency. The debt has been paid to the collection agency, and after this experience I can state I will never open a BMO account again. ~Jay
