I called to ask if she could tell me what size cordless blinds they sold, (which I bought last week but shedidn'tknow because she interrupted me)and was told I do not think we sell them. Another emloyee in background was advising her/suggesting what to say. Everything she said was not clear, so I will not quote her. The woman I spoke with replied to the other "ok oh" then she said ok into the phone and that's when I said okay and was going to let her know I just bought some a few days ago, but she hung up on me. RUDE! The one star I did give her was for answering the phone and sounding friendly. ~Dawn

Over priced compared to all subways in the area. I mentioned to the lady sorry im going to go elsewhere for food when i was looking over the menu because i only had 10$ in my wallet at the time and didnt know the prices would be so much different. She was nice about it and understanding. I was on my way out the door and one of the workers rudely said to me why dont you try not being poor. Rude! Terrible experience never coming back to this subway location. I can understand the price differences but the rude comment at the end. Staff should be fired for a comment like that. ~victor

My 1988 Volvo had multiple issues and they solved them all. It's now running better than it was when I bought it. As part of an insurance claim, this was the one in its network. I called several times. When I finally got a hold of someone the person who picked up was impolite and said she would get me through to the body shop. The call never went through and I was disconnected. So I emailed them instead. This has been 2 weeks now and no return or answer. ~Kia

I’m so happy to have found Blauparts. I want to support what I consider to be a “local business” given that I’m in northern Illinois. Their prices are competitive with FCP Euro. The transmission fluid and filter kit I ordered was spot-on. The only problem I had was filling the transmission from the individual bottles using the supplied hand pump. I couldn’t unscrew the top of the bottles to attach the hand pump, so I just attached it to the bottle hose extension; possibly user error. Regardless, I will certainly be ordering from them again! ~David
