When a couple of months ago we had some minor work done, Cory prepared us that our brakes would need work within few weeks. He described in detail what we could expect, then when exactly that happened we brought the car in. We brought it in several days early since we were not going to drive it with the brakes making terrible noises, hoping they would be able to fit it in quickly, but resigned to the probability that we would have to wait to the following Tuesday when we had the appointment. They were getting ready to close, but stayed and fixed our tire. They were awesome and we really appreciated them helping us out. There are still good people in this world! Cody and his team are total rockstars. I was 110 miles from home on a business trip and my water pump went out. With no Audi dealer near me, I was at the mercy of Manitowoc, Wi. Certified auto Inc. is the place to go! Cody (Owner)diagnosed the problem quickly and squeezed me in that evening, even staying late to get the car torn down for parts first thing the next day. Thanks dude for all your help!

I have been going to Cody and his team for years for maintenance and repairs. Super responsive - I asked for a quote and he was responded almost immediately with a price estimate and times he could schedule me in. I was honestly shocked as I got a quote elsewhere in town and they were 9 days out in getting me scheduled - Cody got me in the next day.
