Legendary Fitness is not your everyday gym, it more than a gym, it is a community of members and staff filled with positive attitudes. It is home to most supportive coaches and staff I have ever known who share a passion to help others succeed. The coaches are always looking to help by giving tips tailored to everyone’s personal ability, helping you strengthen safely and help you make it to the next level. This gym has been my morning home for the better part of 4 years and has helped me grow better physically and emotionally over that time. I cannot thank the owners enough for bringing this idea, this gym to life. ~Joe

The decision to go here to Complete Fitness has been life changing for me! Not only do they have the best workouts around, but Nina, Mark and the rest of team are the best trainers I’ve ever had. They watch out for and correct bad form and really do care about your progress from week to week and even cater workouts based on what they are seeing people struggling with. Nina’s weight loss program is amazing. If you follow what she tells you to do (which is pretty simple), you will lose weight! I’m currently at the end of my second month into her program and I’ve lost 15lbs already! Not only that, but you can work out and lose weight at the same time which is something I’ve always struggled with. This gym is worth the drive! I live in Sussex and I look forward coming here even though it’s about a 20 minute drive from my home. I know people from Milwaukee, Mequon and beyond who come here regularly and have been coming for years. This gym has low customer turnover and I can totally see why. ~Bridget
