No help, cancelled a debit card transaction that I used a pin for, 3 times even after I came in to stop them from cancelling it. They told me they fixed the problem and it happened again when a lot more than enough is in the account.
Update: contacted their support, after 29 minutes of manuevering through the menu, I got a human that said it was the other company's fault. I have now learned it is 100% on RCU and they were just too lazy to fix the issue and tried to just shift the blame. I drove to the bank to get help one minute after close and all the lights were on as I pulled into the lot, as soon as I parked, they quickly got to the door and locked up and shut the lights off, when I was there less than an hour before trying to get things resolved. ~Pancake0341
