Safe to assume that since Associated purchased this location, the services offered in Menomonie have gotten worse. They have certainly used the pandemic to limit customer service quality in their staffing - good folks working for a bank who is simply putting profits over service. ~Eric

Royal Credit Union - Menomonie North

No help, cancelled a debit card transaction that I used a pin for, 3 times even after I came in to stop them from cancelling it. They told me they fixed the problem and it happened again when a lot more than enough is in the account. Update: contacted their support, after 29 minutes of manuevering through the menu, I got a human that said it was the other company's fault. I have now learned it is 100% on RCU and they were just too lazy to fix the issue and tried to just shift the blame. I drove to the bank to get help one minute after close and all the lights were on as I pulled into the lot, as soon as I parked, they quickly got to the door and locked up and shut the lights off, when I was there less than an hour before trying to get things resolved. ~Pancake0341
