This has to be the worst Pick N Save in Wisconsin. I order 137 dollars worth of items for my daughter to be delivered, but the staff here are completely rude, unapologetic, and apathetic towards their customers and their needs. If the store doesn't have the formula in stock, then why on earth would they advertise that it's there? Charge you for the delivery and then cancel the order when you call and complain? Then, on top of that, you call the customer service line, some of the staff are working from India, where they just hang up on you when you want to have a refund. Then you call multiple times, the call services representatives laugh in your face, hang up, and act as if they cannot do anything to help you. From there, one staff at the call center states it takes 1-2 business days to refund your money. That turns out to be a lie, and another customer service representative states that it takes 7-10 business days to get a refund for your order. I'm so unbelievably disappointed in Kroger for their lack of training and the type of representatives that they hire. I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get an appropriate answer to the questions that I have. If the cooperate office could reach out to me I would like to talk with them about my disappointing experience and reach out to someone who could actually help me with the process. I'm grateful to the last person I talked to because they actually helped me, but everyone else needs training in customer service. Words cannot express how disappointed I am in Kroger for allowing this to happen to a valued customer. ~Andrew
