5 stars just because of service and cleanliness. The prices and very high compared to Walmart for most items. Yes I'm aware it comparing an apple to an orange, but when cream of tartar cost $2.19 at the apple and $4.89 at the orange, I tend to shop at the apple more. I tend to buy milk, and most items on sales here. I have never be disappointed in how this store runs. ~Brian

One of my favorite places in the area! It's got a true Wisconsin atmosphere. Great hot food, meats, deli, and snacks. They have my favorite pickles from Door County too! It's a must stop. ~Taylor

I had a last-minute commission come through, meant as a Christmas gift for a client out of state in WI (I’m in TX). It was such a great experience, I felt led to write a review. I’ve worked with Minuteman Press before both here in Dallas and in Sacramento, both with positive outcomes and in both corporate and personal capacities. Normally, I’d request a proof, but I decided not to just because of the time constraints. I put my trust in the West Bend office, and it was not misplaced! They made it easy to get the job done. They did not disappoint! Everything went so smoothly! They were very transparent when a print did not meet their standards and were very quick to remedy it at no extra cost. They maintained communication throughout and were quite pleasant to speak with over the phone. Distance was not an issue in the slightest. The finished product is spectacular! The client and his family to who he gifted the prints are very happy with the product, as am I. I could not be happier with Minuteman Press, especially the folks at this office. I appreciate their good workers and quick help. Unfortunately unable to fill propane tanks at times, but they are short staffed, which is understandable and I usually end up going to West Bend Elevators to fill my tanks as they are open throughout the week. ~Ian

My son can’t have wheat. So we order burgers with no bun. THIS happens all the time. When you put the cheeseburger in the box like this the cheese sticks to the box and he ends up with just a meat patty. I have complained countless times. Is this really that hard to just simply “not” do this when people order no bun?? This time I went through the drive through so, didn’t realize it was amateur hour until I was already home. ~Nate

We sought out a jeweler for a custom engagement ring, and although HTG Design Jewelers was over an hour away, we are so happy we consulted with Jim! The product is perfect, the great communication made me very comfortable, and their customer service was top notch. Jim was able to repurpose a ring and gemstones, as well as integrate new diamonds into this beautiful ring that has so much meaning to me! We could not be happier! I don't live in West Bend, but I will continue to visit HTG for all of my jewelry needs! ~Hannah
