I am so happy with my wedding band! When my fiance and I first came here we had no idea what to look for since my engagement ring has a very unique shape to it, and Jim knew just what would look good! It was very easy to see how his design and my ring would look together over the computer and when it was done it was perfect. Would definitely recommend him to everyone. Very lovely people to work with!

We sought out a jeweler for a custom engagement ring, and although HTG Design Jewelers was over an hour away, we are so happy we consulted with Jim! The product is perfect, the great communication made me very comfortable, and their customer service was top notch. Jim was able to repurpose a ring and gemstones, as well as integrate new diamonds into this beautiful ring that has so much meaning to me! We could not be happier! I don't live in West Bend, but I will continue to visit HTG for all of my jewelry needs!

I love HTG Jewelers! Looking for custom jewelry at a reasonable price? HTG is the place to go! Take your gold and diamonds to HTG and give Jim an idea of what you want and he can do it! With a 3D printer he can make just about anything you can think of. We have will continue to go to HTG for any of our jewelry needs!!!

UPDATE: 5 Stars!! I just picked up my ring today. The person, I think the owner, was very nice. And my ring looks perfect! I highly recommend this business and will be back for any other jewelry needs! Getting a ring fixed and I emailed them first. The quote was very reasonable and the person who responded was very knowledgeable and polite. The person that helped me today when I dropped off the ring was very nice and knowledgeable too. I will definitely go back there again!

Jim is a true craftsman with a passion for his art. He is a joy to work with and easy to talk to. The computer renderings make decisions easy and he is very attentive to customer wishes. Great place for custom jewelry at a price that might be a happy surprise!
