Very disappointed went there once to get a necklace fixed. There was young lady helping me she was having problems trying to get a repair tkt under my husbands account so I explained to her that. Patrick switch it and made one under my name cause he was having the same problems. Hazel the older black lady came over and was all what we doing like I was telling the lady to steal something for me. Was watching me the whole time like I was going to shoot someone!!! Went back again a few months later cause the necklace broke again. Hazel was the only one in there when we first got there she started helping us but when we told her we needed to send a necklace out again. She rudely walked off and started helping another customer. Then went to the back and told someone to come help us. When I was explaining to the girl about the broken necklace….. hazel jumps back over we can’t replace that it was fixed once before !!! There is only a one time replacement you have to buy the warranty again and pay for it to get fixed. Well NO one told me anything about that last time I dropped it off or picked it up. So I said I do time coming here lack of customer service so she tells me well then go to south bridge, bay shore or Menominee Falls in a rude as tone!!! Damn excuse me why should I have to drive across town when I live over just cause I have a issue with only you when I come here for whatever reason you don’t like me probably cause I am white but I shouldn’t have too!!! Well we aren’t replacing this !!! I said well someone needs too … she said beat we don’t!!! Someone needs to train her on customer service skills very disappointed been going to Kay’s for 20+ years. Will be going somewhere else moving forward closing my account with them

The warranty check for our jewelry was handled quickly. The bearded gentleman was not that courteous, however. We were going to look at some ne klaces but no one would look our way. I actually yelled, " Hello!" No one turned around at all, so we left.

I came in to get my ring resized and engraved. I was approached by Princess and she did not greet me nor say anything to me. I was the one who had to tell her what I wanted after silence. I placed my items on the counter and she took them without saying anything still. She only spoke to me when she needed my information (ie, phone number). She continued to speak to me in a condescending, exhausted of work tone while I selected my ring size and when I filled out the ring paperwork. Throughout this process she grabbed items like my jewelry, ring sizer and store paperwork in a frustrated manner. I finally was fed up after multiple poor customer services interactions and I told her coworker that I don’t want Princess to help me anymore and she walked away. She never apologized for how she treated me even though I know she knows how she treated me. When the next customer walked in, Princess acknowledged and greeted them with a pleasant attitude and voice. Clearly, she has the ability to speak kindly to customers and she just chose to be rude and disrespectful to me. Her overall tone was rude and unhelpful. This was a special piece of jewelry I received from my family members for a special moment in my life. Her rude customer service skills impacts the stores reputation and I would never advise anyone I know to work with her based on how she treated me.

I went into Kay’s to make a purchase of an custom made charm . I was told that it would be ready before Christmas. I went into the store exactly on 12/24/2021 only to be told that the item was NOT ready and wouldn’t be ready until after the New Years. I went back into the store on exactly 01/05/2022 only to continued to be given the run around. I was NOT accommodated for this item. When I first inquired about the piece I told the sales associate that it was of sentimental value and with their fake smiles they continued to give me the run around and I STILL HAVEN’T received my item nor a refund after 3 months. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and WILL NOT be shopping there AGAIN !! Every Kiss doesn’t NOT began with K !

I stopped in to Kay's a couple times in the past few weeks. The customer service from the two store managers on duty was awful and somewhat crude when asked about jewelry that was less expensive. One of the assistance managers , Janel was extremely professional and courteous! The level of respect they showed as she made her sale was unprofessional as they were interrupting. I give this 5 star review to Janel because that's the only reason the sale was made. The management needs some improvement.

Patrick Manthey was truly amazing, helped me pick out the best engagement ring for me future fiancé! Easy to talk to with a great personality! Also, very knowledgeable on diamonds/products! And lastly, on every ring we looked at he really put effort into giving me the best price! Would highly recommended!

Passed by this Kay's and decided to go inside and did not regret it! It's a bit of a small store but clean and easy enough to walk through! The service and selection of jewels were top notch and of high quality to boot! Prices were high, but had some good discounts to soften the blow! No problems to speak of, it's a good Kay's! Picture is of the storefront as it was hard to get a good view inside.

Went in to by myself a ring for a special occasion and was approached by the worst sales rep. Asked to see a specific ring and the lady didn’t even bother talking about the ring details. Any question I asked was answered by a short response. Asked if there were other options close to the price range she just flat out sad “no”. Don’t even bother stopping in there’s a Zales store right across from this store that provides better customer.
